A : drill a few holes all around the wall you want the bamboo to be on, then in the hole screw, screws into them or hooks.
then place the Bamboo against the wall and thred srting through the bamboo and wrap it around the screws or hooks.
I had the same problem and found doing this helped and has not came down in the strong winds.
